Rita Kolozsi

Rita Kolozsi is an associated attorney at Andersen Hungary, having joined the firm in 2024. She began her legal career at an international, London-based law firm within the private equity investments group, later serving as senior counsel in its Budapest office. There, she focused on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, advising multinational corporations and investors.

With more than 24 years of professional experience, Rita has developed extensive expertise in structuring acquisitions and investments, as well as in related corporate and financing matters. She advises clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, leading deals from inception to closing, managing processes and negotiating contracts.

In addition to her transactional practice, Rita has provided significant pro bono legal support to domestic civil organizations over the past decade. Her contributions have included negotiating commercial and sponsorship agreements, facilitating charitable donations, executing project planning, and designing international operational structures.

Beginning in 2025, Rita is expanding her professional scope to include work as an economic mediator. In this capacity, she supports clients in the effective resolution of disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, offering services in both English and Hungarian.

Rita is fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
