Júlia joined Andersen’s Hungarian office in 2022 as a trainee attorney, and currently assists the firm’s clients as an attorney-at-law.

During her years as a trainee, Júlia gained extensive experience in the field of corporate law, actively participating in the restructuring and demerger of business entities, as well as in various corporate registry proceedings. She has also participated in establishing several employee share schemes, drafting shareholders’ agreements, as well as managing corporate actions involving dematerialised securities, such as the creation of shares, tap issuance of shares, and the exchange of share certificates.

A significant part of her work involves preparing various types of agreements in both Hungarian and English, drafting and negotiating amendments, and reviewing contracts. Furthermore, Júlia regularly assists with legal due diligence reviews and provides legal advice to domestic and international companies across a wide range of practice areas.
