Júlia Csala

Legal Trainee

Júlia has been working as Trainee Lawyer at Andersen in Hungary since 2022.

During her university studies, she worked as an intern in an insurance company and in a law office, gaining experience in contract and tort law.

A major part of Júlia’s work is drafting contracts in Hungarian and in English in connection with the operation of shopping centres and drafting amendments thereto, but she is also involved in drafting and reviewing many other types of contracts as well as in various litigation and non-litigation proceedings.

Júlia regularly performs corporate law related tasks, such as drafting and reviewing documents related to corporate restructurings as well as company establishment and change of company data registration procedures, and she also provides legal advice to domestic and international companies in a wide range of legal areas.
