Vivien Szuh is an Attorney-at-Law at Andersen in Hungary. Prior to joining Andersen in 2019 she worked at a law firm operating alongside one of the Big4 companies. Her business law practice encompasses primarily M&A, as well as corporate and restructuring matters for clients in sectors as healthcare, manufacturing and investment management. Vivien takes part in transactions related to sale and purchase of shares, assets and real property as well, whereby she prepares term sheets, due diligence reports and any other documentation in both Hungarian and English in relation to the acquisition.
Vivien has considerable experience in providing legal assistance in matters related to corporate law; she advises clients during cross-border and domestic restructurings, i.e. drafting and submitting relevant corporate documentation and liaising with the competent authorities. In addition, Vivien’s experience includes preparation of shareholders agreement in accordance with the requirement of the clients to settle business relationship between the shareholders in the most effective way. In addition, Vivien also engages in providing legal support in the field of wide range of commercial law matters, such as preparing both standard and non-standard agreements, various types of service agreements.
